Model Monday - Gisele Bundchen

This Model Monday I wanted to take someone who is tops in my books, and as I found out with a little assistance from my dear friend Google is also tops in Models.com, and put her on display. Gisele Bundchen...need I say more. Brazilian born, beautiful woman, that some say is one of the only remaining TRUE  "supermodels" & also according to Forbes could become the FIRST ever BILLIONAIRE supermodel.

Gisele is signed to IMG Models around the world; New York, London, Paris & Milano. With no need to explain why she has been on multiple covers of Vogue and other magazines, she is a gorgeous woman doing what she loves & doing well.

The gorgeous gene just runs in the family though as her niece, Duda Bundchen, is starting at the career young with some big family shoes to fill.

This all happened yesterday & I'm still elevated on this feeling. 

As mentioned in yesterdays post I went back to school aka class with James Vincent & it blew me away. This morning I was thinking to myself, "this man was a preacher", I grasped onto every word that he had said & every move that he made, I attended my version of church yesterday & hallelujah I'm ready! To be able to work with & learn from someone with such talent is truly a blessing in my eyes & I will cherish the opportunities I have!

  

I walked away with so many amazing tips & tricks from yesterdays class it's hard to sum it up. If there is one thing I could say though is stick to your basics & expand from there. Pay attention when approaching your skin or anyone's you may be working on. 

Simple is beautiful.

Who made Time Magazine's 100 Fashion Icon List

With millions of aspiring people hoping to break through into the fashion industry every year, I can imagine that for Time Magazine to creat a list of "All-Time" 100 Fashion Icons wasn't an easy feat. They have structured this list beginning from when they had first started publication back in 1923, the list features such talents as; Editors, Stylists, Photographers, Muses, Models, Designers & Brands. The who is who in the fashion world as to how Time Magazine views it. 

I was personally shocked but extremely happy to see that Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen  had found their way onto the list.  To me their Boho Chic look is beautifully elegant and meticulously pulled through every time they are caught on camera.
