NYFW...I LUST©

Two NYFW seasons down and missing this one : (
There will be more & until then I watch the trends & find some FAVS!
Just as I was Googling and browsing through Vogue.com tonight watching some videos I came across Tory Burch Spring 2013 show
                                                   hair & makeup.
      I LUST©

The clothes were somewhat in my eye of style but the team did well in completing the whole look.
Fishtail pigtails..yes please...(When will my hair every grow long enough) mixed with the
fabulous no-makeup makeup look. Just delightful.
But the Tory Burch collection is obviously just one of many stunning designers showing this season.
       Who's one of your FAV'S?
Do you spot some of the upcoming trends?

Coachella-ella-ella ay

Coachella-ella-ella ay

Weekend two is on what is your Coachella style?

Have you accepted your inner HIPPIE or stuck to your daily duds?

These are a few items that I would frolick the festival fields in if I was to be attending Coachella.

(You might begin to notice...I LOVE love LOVE House of Harlow.)

Loving The Crew...

It was the first time that myself along with Niki Blasina from A Haute Mess & Katrina Beveridge Photoraphy put our creativity together & started the beginning of a great loving relationship!

Picture above, is one of many from our shoot from the past weekend. Could the colors be more beautiful?!?

Niki pulled together a stunning maxi dress from a local Vancouver designer Standing Armed along with some pieces from her own collection to create what is shown above. But dare I fail to mention Niki creating her own little touch, with the absolutely adorable and colorfully creative flower wreath. I think it was so well suited for our boho chic look!

With myself completing the hair & makeup look, I worked with my different tools, products & tactics to create what is seen above. Our model had such porcelain skin already, along with luscious lashes, thick long hair & some brows that I long for...lets just say she provided me with a great canvas to work with! Some items that were extremely appreciated for our day for me were my Isinis hair brush to tame the mane & create the volume, as well as my Mac Mineralize Skinfinish Powder..perfect for touching up those possibly oily/shiny zones around the nose/chin/forehead.

Katrina well you tell me. I think she did an astounding job capturing the moments necessary to fulfill what we were all going for.

Our crew pulled together well & created what I think is the beginnings to something special.
