Jean Paul Gaultier, Madonna & Diet Coke?

If I designed Madonnas conical bra, I would turn it into a Diet Coke bottle design too.

I bet that Jean Paul Gaultier did not think that back in 1989 when Madonna contacted him to design for her Blond Ambition tour (the tour she wore the conical bra) would he be where he is now. Do you think?
